Message alot about credit. The BEST thing you could do is get a credit card like you did. Keep the balance around 20-30% of the limit. Always make more that the minimum payment even if it's a only a few dollars more. If you can't keep it at the 20-30% (the absolute best) keep it below 50%. Otherwise it will start to affect you negatively. The best thing is to have at least 3 lines of revolving (monthly payments) open and at this level. If there is anything bad on your credit dispute it and get it taken off. Credit comaponies have 30 days to prove a dispute or by law they have to take it off your credit. By doing this I've been able to raise people's credity scores 70 points in just a few months. If you are young this is the best advice I can give you. Credit is becoming more and more important. Use them wisely and it will end up saving you money down the road when it comes time for a house. *Come see me if you want to save any more money..:P* My rant is done.
